☼LIVING ROOM☼
Relax on the couch with a cozy movie night on our Smart 55" TV, and turn on the electric
fireplace to create the perfect ambiance. Multiple streaming services are available on the smart
TV including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ and more.
Play some tunes on the Victrola record player, while you gather around and indulge in
some friendly competition playing UNO and other games.
☼KITCHEN & DINING☼
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make tasty meals for the group.
Featuring a stainless steel gas range, refrigerator & dishwasher. For your convenience, the
refrigerator provides filtered water for drinking. Our floating shelves are fully stocked with plates,
bowls, mugs, cups and wine glasses. The cabinets are stocked with all basic kitchen
essentials like pots, pans, utensils, spices, and olive oil. We also have a toaster and microwave.
Watch the sunrise with a cup of Jo, we supply Organic San Francisco Bay coffee for our Kuerig coffee maker.
Inside, enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 4, and additional counter seating for 4- or opt for al fresco dining under the desert sky at the picnic table. We added moody ambient string lighting to the
picnic table for you to enjoy.
☼BED & BATH☼
Starfall House comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest. Both bedrooms offer a comfy night's sleep on a queen size bed. If you should ever get chilly, extra blankets and pillows can be found in the bedroom closets. We also provide a
luggage carrier in each room for your convenience and plenty of closet space. Each room
features a thoughtfully curated hand-made accent wall, perfect for photos.
The “terracotta” bedroom features a unique wall design that instantly puts you in a great mood.
There are gold touches throughout the room, the hanging lamps and circle gold mirror. Another
thing that makes the terracotta room so special is the amazing backyard view you get right from
your window!
The "sage green" bedroom has a calm and relaxing feel. It features a dedicated workspace
where you can comfortably get any work done. There is an arch mirror so you can get ready for
the day and our bedside lamps feature USB ports to charge your phone.
The home has one full size bathroom, featuring a fun & quirky hand-painted accent wall. We
provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash that you will find in the shower. A hair
dryer & a first aid kit can also be found in the bathroom vanity.

Stargaze & recharge in our dreamy backyard oasis. Take a dip in our cowboy pool on a warm
desert day. (built inside an awesome octagon-shaped deck!) A great place to capture Joshua
Tree memories!
We welcome you to curl up in our cozy hammock- the perfect spot to read your favorite book or enjoy an afternoon nap.
Feeling hungry? Fire up the BBQ for all your grilling and chilling needs. Dinner under the stars?
We offer a picnic table with ambient string lighting for guests to enjoy a moody “dinner under the
stars” moment.
Count the shooting stars while getting warm & toasty around the fire pit. S'mores skewers are found in the kitchen utensil drawer.

**Please note that the Cowboy Pool is only filled and available for use during the warmer
summer months. It will be closed from October through April and will reopen on April 1st.**

the fire pit, you’ll love escaping here in our high desert paradise. A place where you can
revitalize your spirits and connect with nature.
Starfall House is a peaceful & relaxing retreat ♡ You’ll find lots of special design touches throughout
the house as they were thoughtfully hand-crafted with love.
Other details to note:
• No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of your
reservation and a fine will be given.
• No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. However, smoking is allowed in the
fenced in area of the front yard of the property. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result
in additional fees being applied.
• The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of
the reservation.
• Please be mindful of the neighborhood and our neighbors. We ask you that you keep noise
levels down and keep quiet hours from 9pm-8am.
Please note there are cameras around the exterior of the property for your security. There are no cameras
inside the property.
✦ Do not sneak in pets. Pets snuck into the house will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation.
